The PennState Health and the Global Abilities Foundation is hosting the Penn State Rec Fest on Saturday, April 1st. Activities will begin at 12pm and end at 4pm. SVTRR will be in the pool, providing participants with a taste of how Kayaking can open up some exciting recreational opportunities to nearly anyone.

All activities will be held in the Capital Union Building (building G on the online map).

Free parking is available for all Rec Fest guests. Volunteers should park next to the Educational Activities Building South (F1). All athletes and other guests should park in lot O.

The Rec Fest is an indoor event, and we will host the event rain or shine. The weather forecast calls for a cloudy 54-degree day outside, but it will be warm and bright indoors.

The Penn State Rec Fest is a free event.  To encourage guests to visit and participate in the activities, guests will have an opportunity to win a 40″ HDTV.

Lunch will be provided to all volunteers, vendors, and other guests.
